Let's face it.. diet's suck until they work.. 

Nothing gets me more upset and sick then somebody saying, "It's not a diet... it's a lifestyle".. 

And it is always easier for somebody that "never gains weight" to say that!

This is called sugar-coating a "diet".

The reality is that we all want to eat right. We all want to be at our "ideal" high school weight :).(more on that later).. but we struggle to get there.

Why?

We are quitters.

Most of us are down right quitters with little will power.

But here is the truth.. so are a lot of the WINNERs that I know.. 

Pro Athletes. CEOs. Musicians.. Quitters.

The only difference is they realize it. Most "try" to convince themselves they can do everything themselves. 

Never works. Remember the person that say, "If you want it done right, you have to do it yourself?"..  that person never built anything great.. because the in life, we all need a team.

We need accountability and a WHY.

Accountability to achieving your WHY is the difference between those who make it and those who constantly struggle.

I know.. sounds extreme (and maybe it is a little bit).. but .. 

If you can get yourself accountability (meaning hire a coach, or start a group- even if it is a friend or husband/ wife).. your chances for success will sky rocket..

In today's video I share that recently I had a brainstorm to get back to my high school weight of 197lbs.. 

There is no way I could do it alone.. so I hired a Doc to help monitor my stress levels and food intake.. 

Now I am not saying you have to go to this extreme.. but you need to hire or create accountability outside of yourself... 

The cheapest place to start is by finding how many of your friends have the same goal as you... BOOM! There is our accountability group..

My point is this.. trying to do it alone, holding yourself prisoner to constant failed attempts only makes it harder... Take the first step and realize that:

ACCOUNTABILITY  + COACHING + A PLAN = SUCCESS...
