THRIVING... "IT IS NOT A PROBLEM UNTIL IT'S A PROBLEM."

Thats the goal right?

To THRIVE in everything that you do?

I would love to say this is possible... I have not yet achieved this in all aspects of my own life... so I can not yet say that it is..

But what I can say.. after speaking to many people that I consider to be THRIVING... is that you can THRIVE in the key areas of your life...

  • HEALTH
  • FAMILY
  • WORK
  • SOCIAL
  • SPIRITUAL...

I always start with the discussing of HEALTH.

If you do not prioritize, focus, and make this #1... you won't have enough energy to give the other areas... and that would be selfish..

SO if you are looking to start THRIVING in your life.. and you feel your health is not exactly up to par.. or firing on all cylinders.. make that your priority.. NOW.

We all know.. that energy flows.. where our attention goes..

Better Health = Better Mindset = Better Relationships = Better Work = Better Everything.. BELIEVE IT!

But why does it always come second? Why are we so lazy with our health when it is our most valuable possession and asset?

Well.. we take it for granted..

We totally do and you know it!

I have a saying that I always use.. and it relates to all aspects of life..

"IT IS NOT A PROBLEM.. UNTIL IT IS A PROBLEM.."

As an athlete.. that extra 10lbs. is not a problem until you can't make it through the whole game, your batting average drops, you are getting beat on defense and missing shots.. .. etc.. and the media starts calling you out publicly for sucking..

As a 40+.. that stress from work is not a problem until your first cardiovascular episode, blood pressure elevation, or the feeling of a true sense of BURNOUT... or your posture gets so bad that you look 20 years older than you really are..

As a senior.. that eroding lean muscle /body mass and decreasing bone density is not a problem until your first fall.. then you may actually consider the importance of daily weight training and in home therapy..

You see... the reality is.. I T IS NOT A PROBLEM UNTIL IT IS A PROBLEM..

I have seen it for years at my training facilities.. the excuses many prospects use as to why they can't start training..

But once that realization happens of a PROBLEM.. then immediate, triage based action is taken...

STOP IT..

If you get proactive.. and keep your LIFE IN CHECK.. staying ahead of the curve.. applying a true scale of weights and balances to your life.. you will realize that although you are having a great 3RD QUARTER IN BUSINESS... IT is costing your YOUR LIFE...

Take a stand for yourself...

Take ACTION...

WIN THE DAY..

WIN AT YOUR HEALTH GAME...

AND START THRIVING..

YOU ONLY GET ONE LIFE.. MAKE IT GREAT!   # likeapro
