Just finished my morning run- and have a my step count at around 9500 within 90 minutes of getting up!
Aren't you proud of me?
Just kidding- I am saying this to show what is possible though when you make a commitment to something.
As I shared yesterday, my goal is to train hard from now till the end of the year- take New Years Day off- (like I always do)- and then hit January hard.
Next year I am working to make my best one yet!
The key areas I want to focus on are my health, fitness, and increasing my levels of belief...
Belief in what Coach?
Belief that I can elevate my performance to a level it has never been at through work- but also mindset training that includes the elevation of consciousness.
Really focusing on what you can not yet see and bringing that to life.
You see, I believe there is something that stops all of us from MAX performance and maximization of potential- and that something is thought.
How we think.
When I Coach clients- I am always listening to tone and language.
Tone and language tell you how somebody is thinking, feeling, and therefore what they are capable of in this moment- based on their current thinking, tone, and language.
With coaching- the goal is to correct all of that by aligning language, tone, and thought to the desired outcome.
This takes daily work.
It takes somebody to call out your "bad-language" and "loser-talk"....
That is one of the value propositions of having a coach- somebody to call you out on your crap.
The crap that holds you back.
So- what stops you?
What language, tone, and thoughts currently stop you?
What gets in your way?
What in your current thought and language sequence is hindering you from acceleration towards your goals?
If you take one thing from today- take this: Catch yourself throughout the day by asking yourself: What am I focusing on right now?
For most, it is usually a problem.
And the focus on problems and what is not going right has a major cost- higher levels of consciousness and thought that will take you where you want to go..
If you are a gutter-thinker- and are always focusing on problems and what is not going well- you will begin to become a reflection of that focus!
That stops today.
