Hi Team..

Happy Friday...

Can you believe it?

January is already wrapped in just a few short days...

Time flies- and since it does, we have to make sure you are focused on the right things....

Or, before you know it, December 2021 will be wrapping and you will be left wondering where the hell it went!

I want you to do an exercise with me today...

  • Take out a piece of paper....
  • Draw a circle in the middle of it... about 3-4 inches in diameter...

For those who are nuts about keeping their circles perfect, grab a can and trace the bottom of the can on your paper (it will create a perfect circle)....

This first circle is your 🎯 Bullseye.

  • I want you to write in that circle 3-5 things that you MUST do everyday in order to be great both personally and professionally... 
  • Then, I want you to star * the work related activities that made the list and that yield you the greatest return on time, and give you the greatest financial return....and for those who are not in business... the greatest return on your energy (the things that make you must happy)....

Got it?

Now, if you are struggling to know what is in that circle or should be in that circle, we should probably talk further....

The idea behind this exercise is to get you LASER focused on your activities that give you the highest yield....

For me, my circle 🎯 is simply this:

*1. Write Daily Blog

2. Workout 

3. Eat Clean

*4. Coach Individuals & Teams

*5. Connect with at least 2-New People/ Companies Per Day.....

That is it!

And- since I own my schedule... meaning, dinner with my wife every night.. dinner with parents on the weekends... and making calls to friends and family between coaching sessions or on my daily walk... I do not need to put those "connection" pieces on my list...

The above is what I do EVERY SINGLE DAY.

Rinse. Wash. Repeat.

When I do these things- I have won the day...

But Coach- what about everything else?

Well- that is why we have assistants, people we can delegate to, and, spare time or scheduled time to do things like pay bills, clean the house, book travel and vacations, get the car maintenance done, reading, etc.

Those things listed above should NEVER interfere with the center of your bullseye- in fact, if you draw a larger circle around your bullseye- that is where all the other "stuff" goes...

So- if you 🎯 HIT YOUR BULLSEYE each day, you will see forward movement provided those activities can be done every day and are activities that are MVAs and IPAs (or, most valuable activities and income producing activities)...

When you hit the 🎯 bullseye each day- your daily process is simple.

You are more settled because you know exactly what you need to do.

And, you have almost zero reactivity in your life.

As a result of this exercise, I have very few surprises- and when they come, I am not over-leveraged, worrying about everything I have to do, so I can just adjust and do them..

Too many people are living their life like a Fire-Drill... and that has to stop.

It has to stop now.

I always say- if you need help, reach out to me.

Or, you can keep reacting to everything, burn your energy, be in-efficient, and eventually join the growing stat of those who are officially BURNT-OUT.
