Hi Team...

I am excited to be here with you today...

I was not able to be with you yesterday because I had an early morning speaking engagement and coaching session with an amazing company in Canada and over 100 team members.. 

They are excited to start off their year off right- and it was my job to excite them, rally them, and align them so they can start their climb to the top of the mountain... 

Their theme for this year is: CONQUER THE CLIMB... 

So, as I was building out their training, I knew a few things I had to address when it came to climbing mountains.. 

For many of us, we have never actually climbed a mountain (outside of hiking), but climbing a mountain is something we all do in life.. 

It is uphill.

A steady, and sometimes accelerated climb uphill...

A journey filled with ups, downs, obstacles, and sometimes blocks that we have to work through... 

And, we have a choice.. 

Embrace the journey.. not expecting it to be a perfect climb...

Or, resist. 

🔑 Never resist, always embrace.

🔑 When we resist, pressure builds.

It is very difficult to do anything great when the INTERNAL pressure is greater than the EXTERNAL pressure.. 

So, yesterday, I shared a very special formula I have shared all over the World:

THE CHAMPIONS SUCCESS FORMULA.

This formula can help you overcome anything you face- if you are aware enough to use it.

✅ IF, you do not allow the self-induced internal pressure to take you out of a state of coherent thought.. 

✅ IF, you deploy it immediately upon the appearance of an obstacle- either real, or, made up by you.

Ready?

HOW YOU THINK + HOW YOU FEEL + WHAT YOU DO = YOUR RESULTS.

That is it.

If you do not like your results, you must go back to the formula and CHANGE either how you think, how you feel, or what you do...

You may need to tweak 1 of the 3, 2 of the 3, or, all 3.

How do I know Coach?

TEST.

Try changing one and see how things play out...

How do I change my thoughts Coach?

AWARENESS.

And, practice.

Do you know what you think? How you think? Your patterns of thought?

Until you can recognize "how you think" and "what you think" it is impossible to change.

  • What thoughts create tension for you?
  • What emotions come up as a result?
  • Are you seeing results from WHAT you are doing each day?

Each day, you should FEEL as if you are getting closer to your desired destination, or goal, or where you set your vision for yourself, or to the top of your mountain..

As you move through today, I have just one ask for you...

STOP.

BECOME AWARE OF HOW YOU THINK, HOW YOU FEEL, AND WHAT YOU DO.

I promise it will be time well spent.
