Hey Team..

So, I know that many of you are looking to elevate your performance in some category of your life... but have you identified with specificity what category that is?

What would higher performance look like to you?

You see, when I start Coaching clients, the first thing we do is figure out what is the biggest challenge you face, your biggest goal, and then we create the action steps (aka the process) to attack those goals....

Many think there is some kind of a hack that exists... a way to truly speed up the process of achievement... but that is not true!

The only way to advance yourself towards the things and achievements you want for yourself and your team is to create a winning process for yourself.

Then, you work the process... and ultimately, those repeated actions lead you to the promised land. (there will be turbulence along the way...so be ready)....

Yup. You read that right!

The road to success and achievement will be bumpy... but as the bumps hit, double down on your process....

One of my Coaching Clients had a goal of weight-loss, more balance from work, and being able to spend more time with her kids as she maintains her Executive Status at work...

We came up with 4-Key markers that make up her process:

✅2-Workout Per Week with Her Trainer

✅2-Workouts on Her Own

✅1- Massage Per Month

✅4-Nights of Home Cooking (with the help of a meal service)

This is The BIG-4 to help her improve physical health and over time, the results will happen. Never rapidly, but over time, there is a transformation taking place as a result of consistency...

It is simple- but not that easy.

The biggest enemy to success is often ourselves...

We try to complicate the process... look for alternatives that preach speed and rapid results... and then, we abandon the simple process that works.

Anybody that is selling you on quick, guaranteed results as a result of some magic system is not being honest....

When you define the right process for YOU... then focus on hitting your weekly targets, the result will happen!

I am telling you.

IT is simple- but amazing if you have the patience and understand the Power of Process...

So, as you are heading into 2020- have you defined your process?

Or, are you just fixated on outcomes?

I am telling you this... if you are fixated on outcomes without a process- you will fail.

IT (no process) is reason #1 why most never move forward in their career, weight-loss & physical health, mental focus, finances, and other life goals.

NO PROCESS.

Process always wins.

Make sure you have one.

Make sure you have the right one.

If not, let me help you build one.

Let's GO!

Your Coach,

COACH DANA CAVALEA
