Hi Team...

So, over the past few weeks, my wife and I have been doing something different...

We would always eat healthy (for the most part), but we would always feel full and not overly hungry...

We wondered where our appetite went....

The typical Coach in me went searching for answers... and here is what I came up with after doing some research...

  1. We were eating too frequently... those 6-small meals per day may not be the best recipe for keeping your appetite in check...
  2. We had portion sizes that were slightly too big...
  3. We were not going long-enough without eating aka eating too late and eating too early..

Do you see how I did not mention food choices?

It as not the WHAT we were eating... it as more the WHEN and the HOW...

With this correction, it led to immediate re-establishment of appetite... 

Immediate loss of 5lbs...

And, more energy... because we are not digesting all day....

This works.

I suggest you give it a try...

It is super easy and only requires you to make a few adjustments...

**The biggest one is being done eating dinner by 6/6:30 and not having breakfast until 9-10am...

You can do that, right?

And, keeping your portion sizes the size of 2 fists, maybe 3 if you are hungry...

You can do that, right?

It really is easy...and, you do not have deprive yourself.
