Hi Team...

Happy Friday...

Another week in the books... and a week closer to closing out 2020 and ramping up 2021....

Exciting!

This week, as I work with the teams and clients that I COACH, I have been asking (2) Questions...

1. What are 5-Things You Are Most Proud of in 2020?

2. What are 5-Things You Are Striving for in 2021?

Two questions...

Take a minute and answer those for yourself...

Questions like these help you immediately get present.... 

Now, as we make the leap into 2021... I want to let you in on a secret that will never let you down...

Using C.D.A. to change your results in life....

C= Constant

D= Daily

A= Action

Whenever I feel stuck, I don't spend more than a few minutes in my head...

And that time in my head is spent thinking about my next action step...

The only way to get a result is through action- so, we have to take it!

Over-thinking, over-analyzing, and over-planning can be very dangerous activities to participate in..... because, they are events that are centered and based in your head.... 

And, we all now know that we can only make the magic happen by taking real action outside of our head... 

Want to get in shape? You can think about your plan and what you are going to do, but, if you never do it... you have no chance of getting in shape....

Want to start a business? You can spend weeks, months, and years scripting your business plan, hiring attorneys, copywriting, hiring accountants, etc. but that will never get your business off the ground!

Want to become a better leader? You can read all the books and go to the seminars,  but if you do not actually change your actions, the words that come out of your mouth, or the way you approach and interact with your people, you have no chance at being a better leader.

Got it?

CDA.

Constant Daily Activity is the only way to create change.

Remember this...

When I Feel Stuck = I Must Take Action.

When I Am Not Grooving = I Must Take Action.

When I Want To Change My Life = I Must Take Action.

Got IT?

Simple.

And, it works every time because when we as humans take action- we always find a way to advance, win, and grow. Which is what we really crave.

Forward movement.

Let's go.

Take action.
