Hi Team...
I wanted to write you something quick this AM before I head out to the gym...
Over the last 10-months we have had the Champions Academy going...
Each week on Thursdays a group of individuals show up and we talk about where they are right now- and how we can coach them in the moment to get them to their next level.
It has been a great journey.
Just this last month alone John D. committed to getting (5) new clients...
Yesterday he shared the news he did it....
Each person in the Academy is on their own journey...
We have individuals from all over the US working together week over week to share their stories and be coached, LIVE.
What I am most proud of is how open this group is...
How they show up with the openness to be coached.
For many, they are on the fence about coaching because it may make them feel "exposed" -and that is ok.
Our best moments come when others can poke holes in our game- and not just leave us to die, but instead to give us a plan to get back on track and move towards our greatest moment(s).

Well, as our Academy year comes to an end, I am working to improve my coaching offering so that it is 100% aligned to the needs-goals-objectives- wants of those who are part of this Champions Community.
How could I ask others to be open if I am not open?
Anyway, what I have learned over this year is that when you put the right people in the right room with the right intentions- they can do some great things.
We have seen that for sure.
As a Coach, when you can see those you coach go on and do great things- it is very rewarding.
It is powerful to see people have the courage to make the big decisions...
To put together the contract / agreement and put a number to it that truly reflects who they are and how they can help an organization vs. charging just enough and neglecting their true value-worth.
Or, to see somebody finally take the leap and lose the 30lbs. they have been needing to lose.
Or, another person just quit drinking.
Powerful, powerful stuff.
This Academy has shown me just how much people can achieve when they are in the right environment with support and achievement as the goal/ target.
