The Hammer & Nail Principle...

I want you to think about this...

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀- 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴?

The answer is simple. One group has aligned their actions to a singular, desired outcome.

The other group, either does not have a singular desired outcome (they either have none or too many) and/or their actions are out of alignment to the outcome they desire...

This is what we went over in The Champions Academy Team meeting yesterday- action alignment to a singular goal...

Our first day was amazing- over 40 individuals from all over the World got together to improve, to get better, to activate their potential.. truly amazing!!!

We talked about "how to get-develop-create" a singular goal, but most importantly what aligned actions are.

I called this the Hammer & Nail Principle.

Hammer one nail, hit it square by solid, hard, accurate impact.

Over time, a short time, the nail will "hold things" together...

Then repeat on the next nail.

This works.

If you are looking for greater productivity and focus while reducing overwhelm, this application is critical.

Too many today are banging nails everywhere- a hit here, a hit there, and before they know it there are 100 nails- half hit once, another half hit twice, some are bent left, some are bent right...

The issue is, a half banged nail, or a bent nail does not have the same effectiveness as a nail that is hit all the way through!

The force-velocity curve says: We hit the nail hard and solid... and as a result, that nail goes in further and deeper...

As the nail gets deeper, the strength gets stronger....

The lesson is simple.... aligned action leads you closer to your singular goal/ desired result.

The more you get off track, the weaker you get and the lessor the chances of you making things "stick"... and the less impact you will and your actions will have...
