TESTING ATHLETES TO PREVENT INJURIES
Athletic testing drives performance training and results oriented programming. How could you create a program if you are unaware of the true needs and baseline metrics of your athletes. Effective program design takes planning, strategy, and care. Often times you can see general programs written on white boards- how effective can these actually be for somebody that has an individual need. Custom programming based on testing results and metrics yield the greatest results (period).
