Hey Team..

I wanted to pose this question to you...

How much effort would you put into pushing 100-250lbs. of weight off of you.. let's say on your back, in a bench press type position?

Quite a bit right?

And.. what if you were commissioned to do this all day long, for weeks at a time, possibly even years?

What would happen?

I think you know the answer...

I think you know where I am going with this...

Let's look at life the same way.. 

How much of your day are you spending pushing weight off of you?

Things, people, assignments, surprises.. all coming at you?

If you are like most, you are spending a lot of time on pushing and resisting..

But what if you could get your life back into a flow state?

That would feel amazing, right?

I agree...

I was speaking with my Cousin Joe last weekend. He lives in Mississippi, has a family, has a job, is a multi-unit franchise owner, and is always seeking to be the best at what he does...


We got talking about the importance of Balancing 3-Buckets... LIFE, BUSINESS, & HEALTH... 

The feeling of success is based on these 3 buckets being optimally full and attended too... and when you are able to get them to that positive place... then, and only then will they start giving back to you..

The reality of our times is that many people are typically overly focused on only one bucket...(I have been guilty, I must say)...

Let's take a look...

If we just focus on our business bucket... the business may skyrocket, leading to more financial gain, but also requiring more of your time.. 

When that happens, family time diminishes (and so do your relationships).. and typically, business and family will take precedent over your health...

Then.. as your family and health start to erode.. you then place more emphasis on those areas... and the business starts to slip because it was built around you, your effort, and your time...

You see.. this is when the resistance starts...

You begin to choose what is most important, focus on that for a little while because it is the newest and most pressing "problem".. once that stabilizes, you move to the next most pressing problem...

Over time, you are left exhausted, depleted, and looking for new adventure, excitement, or basically anything to excite you again...

You start reading books on motivation, inspiration, new strategies... but the reality is, you must address the resistance..

#1: STOP the resistance... let things happen, let them occur, and react strategically.

#2: Get your 3 buckets in balance, using a calendar, schedule, and realizing that all three buckets are important.. 

Family gives you love and support. Your health gives you energy and vitality. Business and Career gives you the finances to create a great life for all.

Balance your buckets, realize the resistance you are feeling is an indication your buckets are not balanced...

This takes discipline and practice.. but if you can plan and schedule yourself, especially in the beginning... new bucket balancing habits will form and everybody will win...

From there, you can start living a Championship Life!

Let's go!
