Hi Team...

Yesterday I spent over an hour speaking with Adam Contos, the CEO of ReMax.. 

What I loved most about this conversation was how he builds out and prioritizes his day..

He wakes of at 4:30am, takes some time for himself to center, then heads to the gym with his wife for a hard, high intensity hour of training where he not only works out but listens to an engaging podcast..

Post workout he has a shake for breakfast and gets ready for work by 7:30am...

Sounds rigid, right?

Well, he also travels up to 250 days per year so he said much like a Pro-Athlete, he must be in peak shape both mentally and physically.

It is his daily habits and routines that keep him feeling strong, powerful, and healthy..

One of my favorite lines was: "I love going to the Doc for my physical and he tells me I am 49- but have the health profile of a 22 year old"...

Think about if that was you?

Peak shape.

Peak mind.

Peak results.

Well, what Adam shared also is that he had dealt with anxiousness in his life.. depression.. burnout... and all the classics that most high performance people deal with when they lose control of their habits, routines, and schedules...

When I Coach elite performers, this is often when we meet.

When they are suffering from burnout and frustration.

Then, I rebuild them.

  1. Health first.
  2. Relationships second.
  3. Mindset third.
  4. Business fourth.

What I don't tell clients is that we are really building all four at the same time- but a singular focus really helps them feel as if they can do it- and- that they are attacking one issue at a time.

I want that for you.

I want you to be peak in those four important parts of your life.

They are all important.

If you feel as if you are struggling in one of those areas, you need to immediately get focused on that area and build a strong routine around it.

Build a routine that strengthens this area each day.

Remember this: What you put your energy into you get a return on.

Never forget that.

As you wrap up this week, think about where you can do a better job and hit the ground running next week with a hardcore focus on that area...
