Movement.
Ah.. what would life be like without it?
If you lose your ability to move, what would your life be like?
What if you trained to move for a lifetime?
What if I told you, many people that go to the gym are actually facilitating a path towards LESS MOVEMENT as they age..
Would you believe that?
Let me explain..
Those machines you sit on at the gym.. you know, the weight machines that tell YOU what position you need to be in to use them.. are they promoting free movement?
What about even standard weight training?...
Do most bodybuilders move well? Do you think they will move well as they age?
Obviously not.
But.. that doesn't mean you can't life.. on a machine or with free-weights. What it means though, is if you desire to do so.. you need to train MOVEMENTS as well.
What types of movements Coach? Functional Training..
You see, if we do not train movement, we lose movement.
Movement training promotes the improvement of balance, coordination, agility, and challenges the brain and neurological system.
The more you MOVE, the more EFFICIENT you become.
There is no better advice than to train movements and do it for a lifetime.. EVERY DAY.
Walking, Skipping, Hopping, Jumping Jacking, Marching, Jogging & Running..
And.. with some of the tools available today, like Kettlebells & Ropes & Weighted Vests.. you can really TRAIN MOVEMENTS effectively.
TRAIN TO AGE.
TRAIN TO MOVE.
MOVEMENT IS TRAINING.
