Do you think you can handle anything and everything that comes your way? Are you prepared for the bad times? Are you prepared for the good times?

Most of the time we don't know until we get there. Scary. Similar to war; what if we didn't train our soldiers and service members until they arrived on the scene?

We would probably experience massive defeat. My approach to life is the same. You can not plan for every situation, but you can train your mind-body to connect and be strong enough to handle the guaranteed "battles" that are going to arise.

Everyone will experience pain, defeat, moments of doubt, death, and triumph in their life... my question to you is, "Are you prepared to handle those feelings and experiences as they come your way?..what if you already have a full plate?

You see, our mindset is what allows us to persevere or perish.. not that we will actually "die" from that which we experience, but we can fall into deeper bands of depression and anxiety if we are not "built" to overcome.

Our natural mindset can easily be taken over if we allow it-- which is apparent when you see individuals "losing their minds" behind the wheel of the car when in traffic, or constantly flipping out over the same, unimportant things each day...

When working with high performing Athletes, CEOs, and Executives... training them mentally is where the journey to a better physical begins. Out-training their day to day routine and stresses is critical... What do I mean by that?

For a CEO type, they are basically professional fire-fighters, dealing with problems requiring solutions all day long, and immediate solutions. This causes their minds to constantly be "on" or "engaged"... often times leading to a state of anxiety trying to anticipate the next problem, taking them out of the present.

This split attention leads to more anxiety...

So, if somebody already has high anxiety and you expose them to the stress of high intensity exercise, their body is realizing exercise as more stress... often times leading to long term fatigue, burnout, and crash.

When we talk about out training their sport, which is daily work or business, the focus becomes pulling them back, giving a new perspective, and then training the physical at a pace that matches their new realizations.

Ultimately, by restructuring the mindset, we will get more physical returns from them, in a shorter period of time, allowing for long term gains. We are then able to push them beyond the demands of their day to day... taking problems for what they are.. (problems)..and nothing more..

With athletes, it is actually reverse.. push them physically, and challenge them past their self determined "limits"... and they find faith and belief in themselves with these new physical accomplishments..

We all need to prepare ourselves to strengthen the mental-physical connection... or bad habits, distress, depression, and anxiety will have a fertile breeding ground...

My challenge for everybody today is to find something that you find "difficult" or something you have been avoiding mentally (could even be a phone call) or physically ( running that mile or two)... and do it...

Endure the "hell" you may be going through while doing it... but take time when you complete it to see how you really are feeling. Sit with that feeling. The feeling of accomplishment and pushing through a goal is so amazing... the more you do it, the more momentum you create. This momentum leads to habits and changed behaviors.. and this is what prepares you for anything that comes your way. #trainlikeapro

HOW I GOT MY EX BACK WITH THE HELP OF A SPELL CASTER WhatsApp +2349161779461

Hello everyone my name is Kiara Hahn from California US. I’m here to testify of a great and powerful spell caster called Dr Jakuta. I was so confused and devastated when my fiance left me without a word, I’ve spent the last month crying and feeling guilty. I wasn’t talking to anybody, so one day I search online on love tips because I needed him back desperately and I loved him so much, until I found Dr Jakuta who has solved so many relationship problems then I contacted him and he promised that in less than 72hrs he will come back to me. After I did all he asked, to my greatest surprise my fiance who had refused to speak with me came to my house and asked for forgiveness for all he had made me go through and now we are living happily together, if you have any relationship problem you can contact him Below are his contact details: Email him at doctorjakutaspellcaster24@gmail. com or
