"I See Something Special In You".....

Hi Team...

Happy Friday....

I have to tell you... the past few weeks have really been amazing hearing from so many of you....

Each day I receive more and more inquiries to speak to your Companies, Teams, and Organizations... giving words of empowerment, motivation, and tools of focus to help all get through this thing....

It is very rewarding to be THE COACH in times like these....

I have always felt if you can give somebody enough of your passion, it may just be the spark they need to get going... and accelerate towards a level they have never been before...

That is the Power of Coaching....

As a Coach, it is my job to find something special in all those I work with or speak with.....

This AM, I am speaking to a group of sales people who have two-days left on the job before they are officially terminated....

Their Company has to let staff go in order to stay afloat...so it is my job this AM to keep them grounded, focused, and excited in a time that is filled with unknowns for them...

I not only plan to do that, but, I plan to let them know they have an opportunity RIGHT NOW.

An opportunity to start a business...

An opportunity to sharpen their sword...

An opportunity to get a better gig than they had...

An opportunity to change their life by renewing their skills, mindsets, attitudes, and viewpoint of themselves....

I believe in them.

I believe in you.

That is what we see through Coaching Eyes...

We see the Champion in you, often times before you see it in yourself....

We see the Champion that sometimes lets situations define them... rather than stepping up and leaning in to define the situations...

We see the Champion in  you that sometimes feels like they can not be a superstar....

Now, we gotta get you to see these characteristics within yourself...

I believe in you.

I know you can take this time to get in the best shape of your life....

I know you can take this time to eat as clean as possible....

I know you can take this time to rest, regenerate and get your body restored..

I know you can take this time to look in the mirror and see a LION and not a SHEEP.

Strengthen your soul during this time....

Untangle those wires that are leading to power-losses instead of power surges...

I know you can do it.

I believe in you.
