Hi Team...

Last night I recorded a podcast for a friend of mine, Luke.

He asked me a great question....

"Coach, how do we change our habits?"...

To which I replied: " In order to change a habit, you have to decide who it is you want to become... and then write down your current habits, behaviors, mindsets and ask yourself if those match up to who you want to become."...

The answer is always NO... 

Because if it was YES, you would already be the person you want to become!

So, for today, I have an assignment for you...

It is called: YOU CHAMPION SELF....

  1. Write down who your Champion self is.. the habits, behaviors, mindsets, daily actions, what this person eats, how they train, how they lead, etc.
  2. Write down your current habits, behaviors, mindsets, daily actions, what you currently eat, how you train, and how you lead, act....etc.
  3. Then, circle all the gaps....

Just by doing this you can very quickly see why you are getting what you are getting in life... and WHY you have not yet evolved into the person you want...

This is not just about time going by and then magically you become your Champion self... 

It takes work...

It takes daily work...

It takes a vision with planning to become who it is you want to become...

That is how you change habits...

Resolutions never work because you are never taking time to understand the fundamental root issues that exist within you...

Do the exercise above... 

You will be happy you did it here in the 1st week of December.. the results will bare fruit for a lifetime!

If you want to become a Champion.. you must build yourself up to be one!

As the title of my book says: Nobody Becomes a Champion By Accident
