Hi Team...

In baseball, there is a saying: Go station to station....

That means, you go from one base to the next in sequence.

An example of this would be a player hits a single, gets to first base.

The next player hits a single- he gets to first base and the player that was on first base goes to second base.

This is repeated until the run scores.

What if we played life like this?

For instance, station to station on improving our physique...

Go to the gym Monday, go again Tuesday, etc.

Or, say you want to eat better...

Have a great breakfast, have a great lunch, have a great dinner, repeat again tomorrow.

Or, let's relate it to business...

Take a positive, high yield action today, another tomorrow, another the day after...

Or, let's look at it from a relationship standpoint...

We have a positive interaction with a person today, tomorrow, the next day, etc.

You get the point...

I feel that if we can our minds, emotions, and actions more linear, we can win in many categories.

For many, they get overwhelmed because they are not acting linear- they are spinning, getting rotational, to theory based and over-thinking.

Most great things come down to 1-2 simple actions...

It is your job to distill your mind and actions down to this level...

This becomes your operating system and way of doing things..

Now, here is the deal- you can not let others push their oftentimes faulty system on you....

It can get dangerous- fast.

Get clear, take an action.

Get clear, take an action.

Repeat.
