Hi Team...

It is Friday- we made it :) 

For some they are thrilled- others can care less because they are so locked into what they are doing....

This AM, I made a post on LinkedIn that I wanted to share with you...

"I always found it amazing how many people have told me they hate what they do- yet when you look at their profile 10 years later, they are still there hating what they do.

It’s amazing what benefits and a pension can make somebody do- like give up their dreams, goals, and vision they had for themselves.

Nothing like exchanging misery for security."

This is true- how do I know?

For many years I have worked with individuals who have bigger goals, dreams, and ideas than the position or Company they are in...

Yet- they stay.

And each day they stay- they get worse and worse..

They blame the company and the culture when in fact- it is them.

I believe companies, managers, and culture often take the hit for miserable team members that needed to move on a long time ago...

When you do something you hate long enough- you become a culture killer.

You become difficult to manage.

You become the problem- yet, most often see everyone and everything else as the problem.

This does not have to be.

You just need to have the courage to leave and chase that dream, entrepreneurial venture, or idea that you have had in your heart for a long time- and freakin do it!

Nothing is permanent.

Time is not infinite. 

Take a gamble.

Bet on yourself for once.

Take the risk...

Remember- there is nothing more risky and miserable than running the clock out till retirement so you can get some bullshit pension and benefits that costed you your life and entire existence.

Have the courage to change.

Stop living in a false state of comfort masked in misery.

If you are reading this and are one of those people- this is for you.

This is your wake-up call.

This is calling you out!
