Hey Team...

It is Friday.. can you believe it!

Man.. these weeks just fly by... winter is winding down... 

Baseball will be starting in just about 10 days... and summer will be just around the corner...

How is that for wishful thinking!

Being that it is Friday...

With those that I Coach... I always like to ask one question:

What were your WINS OF THE WEEK or, like the headline says, Your WOTW's...

Why does this matter?

Well... often times because we have not achieved something BIG.. we do not appreciate all the small wins.. or mini victories as I like to call them that have set up the big win...

Big wins are rare..

Small wins.. mini victories are not...

And the great part about these mini victories.. is that over time.. they set you up for a lifetime of winning....

They keep your mind focused on the positive things you have done.. rather than the things that have not YET come to fruition...

If you do not celebrate the small wins... your energy will often times be to volatile and not consistent.. often times costing you your internal peace, calm, and inner power to get things done...

So, as we complete this week.... (yes, Friday is the end of the week- so for the work-a-holics, try taking a day off to recover).... here is a little exercise for you!

I want you to write down 3-WINS for this week from a work standpoint...
And.. 3-WINS from a personal standpoint...

Simple.

This is a great exercise that will keep you moving forward...

Keep you hungry...

Keep you excited...

And keep you WINNING!
