Hey Team....

Happy Friday....

The past few days I took off from writing since I am in the middle of editing my new book due out in the next few months, Habits of a Champion Team.

Yup.

The sequel to Habits of a Champion... but, this book will be more focused on those who manage teams in Business and Sports.....and really anybody looking to be a better Leader.

What prompted me to write this was how many requests I was getting from both individuals and leaders who are determined to be better at managing people... and improving their bottom lines.....

And, today, I want to write to you about improving your bottom line through greater daily, weekly production.

We are in a really interesting climate today....

Some people work in an office...

Some people work from home...

Others work from coffee shops...

We are all in different places... but our goals are often the same:

1. Be great at what we do....

2. Improve quarter over quarter...

3. Get more done each day...

4. Generate more income from our efforts..

5. Improve our status and position through our hard work...

This is often what we are working for.... as well as creating legacy and being known for what it is we do.

Known as an expert.

Known as somebody who gives it their all.

Known as a leader of self and many.

These are all great things.

But, how do we do it?

Very simply.

Three Steps.

1. Create a Vision of what this looks like. You must be clear... add details as you go. See yourself as what it is you want to create and become.

2. Elevate Your Standards and "WHAT" you are Expecting out of yourself... when we do this, we are matching ourselves to our vision. We are elevating our expectations so the work we do can match what/ how we see ourselves as.

3.Take daily action on your vision and hold yourself accountable to the standards/expectations you have set for yourself.

Example.

Vision: I see myself as losing 30lbs. I see myself and finally toning my body.

Expectation: I will "eat clean" each day.. focused on low calorie, high nutrient meals that make me feel extremely satisfied and healthy. I will also take time each day to move via exercise for strength and stamina. I will stretch each night to calm myself.

Action: Execute on your Expectations by including these activities in your daily schedule.

This process works for anything you want to achieve in your life...

It is your job to develop a process that is strong and consistent with who you want to become...

You want to shed the layers of your old self that are not productive and are no longer serving your vision.

Once you do that, you will be amazed at how your behaviors align to meet the expectations and new vision you have created!

Let's GO!

Enjoy the weekend!
