I have been getting so many questions from both athletes and business folks on getting rid of their "tightness"... and gaining more flexibility...
I tell them the following formula...
Tension = Pain.Tension = Injury.Tension = Stress & Systematic Overload.
Simply stated: the more tension you have in your body, the worse you feel.
In my time with the Yankees, and the time I spend now with my Athletes & Executives... most of the time is spent "releasing" their muscular tension...
I firmly believe global muscle tightness is responsible for so much more than just muscle strains, but cardiac issues, poorly functioning organs, and inefficient systemic behavior.... in addition to all the aches & pains..
Let me share with you a simple solution....
This Routine may take 15-20 minutes, but that is a small price to feel great....
What I love about this routine is that it is simple, effective, and the results can last for days...and the pain can be relieved indefinitely....
Tension is the enemy....
It is caused by our overactive minds, under-active bodies, and an attempt to bury stress, insecurity, fear, and all those demons we have....
