Hey Team!

I wanted to go over something with you today....

Do you know if you had a good or bad day yesterday?

Did you get better, fall backwards, or stay the same?

You see, the message today is all about getting better.

Everywhere you look, somebody is speaking about success...

But my question has always been this: How do you know if you got better if you do not even know your "metrics" from the day before? or the week before?

My first step when working with clients is to evaluate and assess them to get baseline metrics...

Then, we put a plan in place....

An finally, we start the tracking process....

The tracking is done with our 90-Day High Performance Journal & Tracker...

For years I was looking for a solution that considered everything from travel and time zone change, to vitamins consumed, meals and snacks eaten, to the negative themes and mindsets you may have...

Nothing like this was on the market, so I had to create my own.

And boom....

I got working and designed the best tracker/ journal I could so my CEO and Pro Athlete clients could grab a hold of their habits, routines, and most importantly results!

The first step in the quest for greater success tomorrow than today is tracking what you did....

Meals.

Sleep.

Exercise.

Mindsets.

Then, we do a weekly review on what is actually going on....

You see, people that want to lose weight do not do so if they do not know what is actually happening...

People that want to increase their water intake and intake of lean meats, fruits, and vegetables can't do that if they do not know their habits of intake...

Your results come from consistency... and an understanding of what you are actually doing!

So many people are going through life on auto-pilot and are missing their reality....

I created this Tracker/ Journal with CD, making it more of a course on how to use this system effectively to ensure success....
