Hey Team--

As we head into the last week of summer here in the Northeast... it is an exciting time because when September strikes, for many, they take it to another level...

I wanted to share with you some of my secret sauce on how I do this..

  • 3 Power-Plays
  • 3 Assists

What does that mean?

It means every day, I focus on getting 3 Main Items Done and 3 Side Items...

I don't allow myself to do my side items aka assists until my main movers, power plays are done in their entirety.

Power-Plays are needle movers...

The big things we need to get done and off our plate so we can feel "light"....

Assists are those little pain in the butt items that need to get done over time to keep us pacing... 

When you complete your Power-plays and your Assists for the day... then you get your free time...

Earned free time...

The faster you get the above done... the sooner you can enjoy some personal time...

It is a simple formula based on a functional to-do list...

Yet, very centered around achievement!

This is what my card looks like.... and soon I am going to create a "deck" of productivity cards available in my store...

These have helped me so much to stay effective day after day....

Simple. Focused. Effective work.

My favorite part is that when I am done... I am done for the day....

You see, for me, I would just work all day long... and waste a lot of time because I was not organized... these cards changed that....

And.. also I did not have a clear end to my work day because I never knew when I was done!

So.. when my POWER-PLAYS, ASSISTS, & CALLS ARE DONE...I AM DONE!
