Hi Team...

This morning I wanted to share with you one simple thing you can do to drop a few pounds in the next 14-days....

I usually do not write things like this, but, since all are home right now it is a great time to introduce this concept...

It is called: THE CUT-OFF TIME.

This is a defined time that you STOP eating each night.

It is a time of rest for your digestive system.

Look at it like this...

During the day, you are consuming and burning calories....

Hopefully with the goal of burning more than you are consuming...

Keeping those calories from sugar very low...(almost zero aside from 1-days per week)

When you create a cut-off time, the body now has a chance to burn down the calories that were ingested throughout the day, but also, the body can now burn your reserves that you have in your cells...

This is where the weight-loss journey begins...

Give it about 3-days and you should start seeing the results as long as you are not eating large amounts of calories, or eating till full during the day.

Now, when it comes to CUT-OFF TIME, make sure you make that cut-off time at least 4 hours before bed...

But Coach, what if I get hungry...

Well, what I do is drink water and tea...

This does take a slight bit of discipline....

But, you will see that when you eat right throughout the day, cut-off 4 hours before bed, and are well hydrated, after a few days your hunger will regulate itself and you will not be as hungry late...

The body responds to it's conditioning...

If you eat late, it gets used to that.

If you eat early, or, cut-off early, it gets used to that.

Train and conditioning your machine to do what you want it to do...

Give this 1-WINNING TECHNIQUE a Shot...

It works.

It will work for you.

Oh yeah, one more thing.

When you get up in the AM, I want you to also drink 1-2 big glasses of water, then, wait at least 45min. - 1hr. before your first meal!
