Hey Team...

Checking in with you guys!

Hope everyone had a great weekend... a great Monday.. and is ready to roll this week!

As summer approaches, most get lazy.

Not you.


You are focused on what you want.

You have a daily process that takes you closer to what you want.

You are disciplined in the key areas of your life: Family, Fitness, Faith, Food, Finances, and Career....

When people watch you work, they are amazed at your productivity.

They are blown away by how efficient you are.

They are truly impressed by how you prioritize your health over all things.

Your relationships are gold.

You do not take anything for granted.

When you are with somebody, you are 100% present.

When you are working, you are fully 100% present.

When you are training, you are ALL-IN.

Does this sound like you?

I hope it does.

But if not, no worries.

You will get there. I will Coach you there.

Most people can not get there because they have no discipline.

No self-discipline.

No self-control.

No ability to say no.

In today's culture, nobody wants discipline.

Well, I have a feeling nobody ever wanted it until they realized the war is really won by those who have it...

Everything worth having requires discipline.  

Discipline keeps you in line. It keeps you focused. It provides guideposts to help keep you moving down the right lane, on the right road, towards the right destination.

Think about it.

  • When you get off track, what happens?
  • When you eat bad, you get fat. = Off Track
  • When you do not get your work done, you fall behind. = Off Track
  • When you do not give your relationship time, you lose the one you love.= Off Track.
  • When you do not lead people the right way, you lose your team. = Off Track.

Catch my drift.

Take some time today to think about where you lack discipline.

Tighten it up and in return, you will start winning.

It takes daily practice.

You got this.

Embrace your guard-rails.. they will save your life... 

And remember this..

If discipline is a problem, you are probably trying to do TOO-MUCH. Stop!

Let's GO.
