Hey Team-

I was reading an article this past weekend in the New York Post about millennial's that are trading in their corporate jobs for extended vacations (with no end dates)....

They were tired, burnt-out, fatigued, and just plain old toastedat the ripe old ages of 25,27, and 29....

The struggle of long work days and only two day weekends was really getting to them...

Not having enough time with friends...

Feeling out of alignment..

Spending hundreds per month on healers...

Kind of bizarre right?

How could you burn out so early?

Well.. what I have seen is this...

Many lack discipline, work-ethic, and endurance for work because they have not been trained to do it...

You see, for those who are 35 and above today, they were a part of the old school...

The school of delayed gratification, working for a living, and being in charge of their success in life....

Those were the core values... all based on personal discipline and accountability to self, team, and family...

Now... there is an epic lack of discipline...

There is a tremendous desire for "new" stimulation... and life is looked at like an instagram feed...

Everything has a short life span, including attention...

Which again shows lack of discipline...

My whole body of work and the work I do with athletes and leaders is based on: discipline and consistency...

Which, along with process, are the roots and foundations of success in all that you do....

So, I write today's blog not to put down the generation of "seekers"... but to learn from one of the most stressed out, anxiety carrying generations of our day...

They desire to work the least... make the most... and hate exposure to high work loads.... because... they lack the discipline and consistency...

My questions for you are these:

Where do you lack discipline?

Where do you let your self slide?

What is that costing you?

These are important questions because it will allow you the ability to tighten up your loose holes... to tighten up your short-comings.. and on the other side of discipline and consistency is greater results... even if you are already a star!

Very easily this site will most likely irrefutably perhaps end up being popular including numerous weblogs individuals, in order to it’s persistent content pieces or possibly views. https://j9korea.com/
