Hi Team..

I took a few days off from writing to you....

Sometimes I battle with the thoughts:

• Am I writing to them too much?
• Do they read what I am writing?

Most importantly, are they taking action on it?

These are the thoughts that swirl at times when you have a community of thousands of people you get to write to each day...

But over the years, I only hear from a handful of our team members....

It is those members who push me to continue on...

They give me the clarity piece that so many of us want and desire that says:

They hear the messages. They understand the messages. They are taking action.

As a coach, one of the main things I work on with clients is clarity.

How can we get you clear on what you want, why you want it, and then how to get it.

As we put that plan in place, and we have some victories, we then start to feel momentum build, accomplishments start stacking up, and ultimately, a true sense of clarity.

Yesterday, I was really proud of one of my clients, Jon A.

We have been working together for a while and the conviction and self-belief he now has is so eminent that we are now at the point where we are upping his game..

We are moving him to a phase of development that I refer to as growth and legacy...

It is based on this question: What is next for you?

Followed by this question: What will you leave behind?

These are VERY powerful questions that need answers once you have gotten through the weeds.

I can not tell you how many 40+ folks I work with that have not answered these questions and as a result they are still battling with amateur things...

When you can sit down and get clear on What Is Next and What You Will Leave Behind.... magic begins to stir.

I know, this may sound a bit out there for some, but that is because you simply are not at this phase of development...
