We are back at it again... Monday...
This weekend my wife and I went to see our close friends, Carl and Alissa in Connecticut.. a great night, great stories, and a lot of laughs..
Amazing how just hanging with close friends can have such high therapeutic value!
This week... we are all going to have a good week of high therapeutic value with our EAT CLEAN CHALLENGE...
This week.. we will consume between 21 and 28 meals... and since we are in Playoff Time... we want to have a great batting average.. or for our sake, eating average.
Rules:
1. Use the "notes" section of your phone, and you will indicate every good meal with a "1" and every bad meal with a "2"....
2. What is a good meal? It must be clean... Lean Meats, Fish, Chicken, Vegetables, Fish, Nuts & Seeds.... (each meal is basically a protein + vegetable... or protein + fruit)..... SIMPLE.
3. Realize the first 2-days will be tough... but do not quit. When you are hungry... focus on eating from the above recommendations....
Let's do this together! And remember... drink lots of water also... hydration will also curb your appetite.. and for those who want to use this as a weight-loss week... take your weight and the start of the week and at the end of the week...
One more thing... if you are going to follow the above rules but eat at a restaurant.... tell the chef... NO SALT AND DRY!
