Hey Team...

SO many people ask me, "Coach, how do you always have something to write about?"

My answer is always the same, " I write about life. I am always out participating in life. Therefore, I always have something to write about."

I am always trying to Live More.

I make plans. 

I always have something to do.

I always have a goal.

I always have a dream.

I always have something to chase.

My life is in motion.

In order to keep it in motion though, I always start my day with motion.

Movement. Exercise. Physical Exertion. 

Make that heart PUMP!

This gets things flowing.

It not only is great to keep yourself "loose" and pliable..

But, it is amazing the amount of positive thoughts and energy it can produce... 

Which, in my mind, is the catalyst for creativity...

I believe this...

If you are stuck, it is because your energy is stuck.

How do you unstick it?

Well, you have to move to open up your channels, your pathways, your flow.

Makes sense right?

When you do not move... your body becomes Beef Jerky... Tight, Stick, Achy, Dry...

When you move.. your body becomes KOBE Beef.. Full of Blood, Healthy, and Very Pliable...

How cool is that?

We can control how we feel on the inside by what we do, how we think, and how often we move... and, by what we DECIDE to move towards...

We are all creative beings... even if you think you are not...

We are all designed and challenged to GROW and create something great for ourselves and those around us...

It starts and ends with movement....

Movement is the answer...

If you have ever been sick or healing from a broken bone (or a bad back)... 

How good does it feel to get back in the swing of things?


My challenge to you is to go UN-STICK yourself.... by Moving in the Morning, Mid-Day, and the Evening....

You will unleash your inner creative monster!

Now, go get it.

Challenge yourself.

Get out of your own way.

Move a little!

Move a lot!

Just get moving!
