Hey Team...

Just got back into town from Lexington, KY.. and man was it a blast!

I will fill you in on one of the highlights... it will hit especially hard for those of you that are into Halloween and the music video: Thriller.

Imagine a parade that is dedicated to Thriller- the entire street is filled with people on both sides... and here comes the man himself, Michael Jackson... same outfit, same moves, everything...

Following him is a group of Zombies, dancing, all in sequence to the moves of MJ & Thriller... pretty amazing....

On the flight home, I was thinking about how we attach ourselves to THINGS, situations, and beliefs.. and then, those beliefs can become our new normal and can truly form the way we see ourselves and the world- even if they are not true.

This is how we get in trouble.

Well, when we begin to think in absolutes, it kills our creativity, our open-ness to possibility, and ultimately it can limit us as Leaders and innovators.

Key Concept: Remaining open, and un-attached is key concept for those who are looking to push the needle in their life and the lives of those they lead.

Imagine having limiting beliefs because of situations you deemed to be ideal and true- even though they are only true to you... in a "moment" of time, one time in your life?

Unfortunately, so many live like this.

They are trapped in a prison they built for themselves... and the only way to break out is to adjust your thinking...

Broaden your thinking....
Elevate your thinking...

Stop seeing things as black and white.. and add some splashes of color which are illustrations and symbols of "possibility".

My favorite part about working/ coaching those I work with is their constant pursuit and desire to push their own needle/ envelope..

They are always down for a challenge....

Always looking to grow....

Always looking to be like a turtle and outgrow/ break out of their shell....,

That is what I want for you....

How do we do it?

We have to stop BULLS%$TTING OURSELVES...

I know.. it is harsh...but if you really want to make a change.. you have to commit to it. You must be all about it...

You must be ready to break away from the common things you tell yourself that are limiting....

You must improve your self talk...

You must set a new vision for yourself...

Then comes the most difficult part: YOU MUST TAKE ACTION.

Even if you do not know exactly "what to do"... it is OK. Take steps towards goal and more steps will show themselves.

You must swim in waters you have not swam in before....

And that is the best way to not only learn... but also get to really comfortable growing into a newer version of yourself...but also getting comfortable leaving your comfort zone.

So today is about "Breaking Attachment" to things that do not serve you, your goal, your family, or your mission.

Take action on the things that light you up.....

Delegate the things that don't....

And remember, our thoughts and ideals can be of great strength and importance to our overall growth.... but if we get to rigid in the wrong places... they can also be what takes us down....

Let's GO!

Chase Greatness.

Your Coach,
