Just a steady handed approach to solving problems... just like always...
Doing things they would not normally do...
Thinking things they would not normally think...
Living in a state of acceleration and worry...
Fear of the markets....
LET IT GO.
It all works out....
At times like these, real Leaders rise to the top...
They do not panic, they take action by making those around them feel grounded, secure, and safe....
A Leaders job today is to take the worry away from those around them...
Give them hope....
Unleash their Champions spirit.....
And, although there are some changes we are not in control of happening around us, ask yourself: WHAT CAN I DO TO MAINTAIN MYSELF AND MY DAILY HABITS?
You see, others will use this time as an excuse as to WHY they can not do certain things... basing these decisions on something they know nothing about....
Get your workouts in...
Eat well...
Get your rest...
Keep your team, business, and Company managed and running tight.... (even if people are working from home)....
Get those things done you have been putting off...
Remember, these are the times Winners step up for themselves and for others....
Like Brian Cashman said, "Take it one day at a time".....
Don't overreact.. just act accordingly.
