One TV Program...

About 10 of your Favorite Songs..

An Episode of the West Wing on Netflix (Riley)..

That is what 30 minutes of Cardio per day equates to..

What if you could do this every day? Entertain yourself and get Healthy!

A great morning routine, planning your day and blending some entertainment will do the following:

  • Lower Your Stress
  • Increase and Better Your Circulation
  • Feeling of Being "Loose" All Day
  • Less Daily Aches & Pains
  • Better Choices Throughout the Day
  • Greater Productivity

A pretty good list of benefits for a 30 minute investment of your time..

The benefits far out-weight the negatives..

I will keep this simple-- but my best days always start with 30 minutes of cardio..

Simple. Mindless. Effective.

Just the way I like it!

Give it a try.. let The Coach know how you feel!

Who knows.. you make actually love it.. and make it a part of your routine!
