Hi Team...

Yesterday I was doing a coaching call with a client in the Private Equity space...

We talked about "goals" and how he has really been doing well...

When we started talking about why he has had amazing results over the past few weeks, it was not because of his goal, but because of the daily steps (champions process) that he executes on that leads him to his goals...

Make sense?

You see, a goal is simply a target.

Very few talk about "how" to hit the target.

This client had a focus on improving his vitality, lowering body-fat, and cleaning up his caloric intake making sure the foods he was eating were giving him a return on effort....

This is exactly what we do with PRO Athletes....

This is HOW we Coach them...

Build a Daily Process That Allows YOU To Win...

No Process = Constant Recreation and Wonder as to how you hit your goal/ target or why you do not....

A GOALS conversation is actually very simple...

What do you want to do/ achieve?

The Answer to that Question = Your Goal.

Over the last few weeks, this client has locked in Monday-Friday and has completely taken his energy profile, weight profile, body-fat profile, and mental mindset and turned it around...

The results?

Multiple contracts landed for his business as well....

You see, his "elephant in the room" was his physical and mental fitness.

It was not peak- so, as a result, he was not peak and his business results were emulating his internal state...

So, we got him going again, fired up, excited, and trimmed the mental and physical fat through a great daily routine and process....

And BOOM...

He is rolling.

It is that simple.

Don't spend time believing the headlines or the Guru's that talk about coming up with multi-phase, multi-layer goals...

That is a recipe to fail...

And the reason WHY so many fail at goal setting and achievement....

Instead, follow this process:

  • Set a Target (Goal)
  • Build a Daily Process That Works and is Built For You
  • Execute Daily Without Seeking Variety (Just Seek What Works)
