Hi Team...

Over the last several months I have been experimenting.....

I totally revamped my diet and have been really feeling and seeing the results...

Yes.

8-Weeks. Big Changes.

Coach, what did you do?

Well, I call it the Nutrient Flood.

Meaning, I flooded my body with vitamins and minerals better known as nutrients. It is the nutrients that heal the body, recover the body, and energize the body.

I believe there are foods that are alive and foods that are dead- most people are eating more dead food than food that is alive.

Dead Foods:

  • Anything with White Flour
  • Rice
  • Pasta
  • Baked Goods
  • Cookies
  • Crackers
  • Most Breads 
  • Drinks of Color (outside of tea/ coffee)

Living Foods:

  • Fruits
  • Vegetables
  • Nuts/ Seeds
  • Sprouted Grains
  • Ezekial Bread
  • Water

You see, I eat 90% living food and 10% dead food sneaks in here and there.

That is it.

But to change all your food over at once can be difficult- so, we start with one simple change to your nutrition program.

Ready for this revolutionary request?

EAT A SALAD FOR LUNCH.

Yup.

Everyday.

A BIG salad with your favorite veggies and use a vinegar dressing.

I get my balsamic vinegars from the Saratoga Olive Oil Company in one of my favorite horse racing towns, Saratoga. You can order online or on Amazon!

Also, make sure this Salad is BIG.

What this one change does is it starts the nutrient flood and it reduces your overall caloric intake per day by just about 500 calories on the low end.

Do that over 10 days and you are down 5000 calories in your diet.

The salad is so big and so filled with nutrients that you will not be hungry either.

And, as a result, you will eat a smaller dinner, often saving you 200 calories at dinner because you are still full from lunch.

Multiply that out over 10 days and you are down another 2000 calories, totaling 7000 less calories in 10 days. And with 3500 calories in a pound of fat, you can see how in just 10 days you could lose 2lbs.

That is how weight loss truly works.

Subtle changes.

Never drastic.

When I coach leaders, executives, and athletes on better health, we focus on one simple change at a time, never using Will Power and aggressive strategy to help them hit their goals. 

That is the fastest way to fail somebody.

One simple change.

Master it.

Then, introduce something else.

And, very rarely do I take things away.

I believe in a method of health revitalization that is focused on addition, not subtraction.

By adding nutrients, we will naturally eliminate junk foods and those extra carbs that lead to health conditions like diabetes, cardiac events, and muffin top :)

With summer around the corner- let's get ourselves in the best possible shape and fitness level to compete in the sport of life and business!

So, today, have a big salad for lunch...

Do that over and over this week.

You will notice the difference.
