Hi Team...
Well, the past 24 hours has been a blast....
My wife and I, as well as Rocco the bulldog decided to take a road trip from Florida to New York....
When you spent 1000+ miles driving, you learn a lot about yourself....and, you learn a lot about a very important word: PROCESS.
When you know you have to drive 9+ states, 17+ hours, you have to get your mind right....
And, you must remind yourself, the only way to do this is to go one mile at a time...
One hour at a time....
One thought at a time...
Do you want to quit at times? Yup.
Do you ask yourself why you wanted to do this in the first place? Yup.
But, do you do it anyway? Yup.
That is how it works...
If you want to achieve an outcome, you must put in the miles....
You must work the process...
And, when you fall in love with the process.. the focus on the miles become less and less... while the passion for the experience goes up and up...
Think about your own life...
Where are you not enjoying the experience and the process because you are too focused on the result?
For my whole life, I had been chasing outcomes until I realized that outcomes are just a part of the process..
If you fall in love with the process, the right process, the one that works for you...
In the end, you will hit all of your desired outcomes....
Now, here is the key: You must create a Process that works for you.. Your process.
Too many today are adopting the process of others and trying to make it their own..
That is the fastest way to fail...
I believe in building a process that works for you... built for you... that considers YOU.
If I give you my process, well, it will never work.
For example, when I coach people, I build a process for them.
Step 1: I meet them where they are...
Step 2: I consider their style, their preferences, their points of resistance, their current obstacles and where they have succeeded and failed in the past...
That is the only way to coach people to a victory of their own...
Now, today, I want you to ask yourself: Where am I too focused on the outcome and not focused enough on the process?
Followed by the question: Do I have a consistent process that makes me feel centered, grounded, focused, fulfilled, and filled with excitement and joy as I approach each day?
If your answer is NO, you need to take some time to rework the process. If you need help, let the Coach know.
Got it?
Now, time to work my next process: Working out.
Life is a process- made up of your favorite result yielding habits and routines!
Let's GO!
Your Coach,
COACH DANA CAVALEA

He is a singer-songwriter who is tearing up the charts. He was a big star on American Idol and we talked a lot about mindset. I hope you can take a few minutes to watch. Click here.
