Hey Team...

Happy Monday....

I wanted to share something with you that I was celebrating all weekend...

So once per week, I check in with all of my Coaching Clients....or they check in with me to share their results....

This week.. I am so proud of one of them specifically...

We have been working together for 3 months now... and he had a breakthrough last week...

He is a CEO of a quickly growing tech Company in San Diego, CA... and has really been stretched between his business, family, and making time for his personal health/fitness goals... as well as managing all of these demands....

But last week... that was his week...

He lost 4lbs. in one week....

How?

Window Based Eating...

This is strategy I use with some clients that are "stuck" when it comes to losing weight....

So what is it and how does it work Coach?

Well.. we basically create a certain time period of the day that is Open for Eating... (less focus on the "what" is being eaten, more focused on the "when")

For example...

If bed time is at 10pm... the last meal is at: 6pm (4hours before bed)......

And the WINDOW is open from: 12pm-6pm....

Leaving the body 6 hours to FEED (really burn down fuel) and 18 hours to (deplete the fat cells)....

Now... here is the disclosure....

THIS IS A TEMPORARY SOLUTION TO RESET THE BODIES BIOCHEMISTRY...

You see, most people are flat out eating too much....

They eat late, go to bed, and then start eating within 2hrs. of waking up....

So, the cells that are already "full".. never have a chance to burn down... so eating will just keep the cells "full".. and almost "spilling over" as a visual for you...

We will work this plan for about 4-6 weeks... then begin cleaning up the food types... and really work on meal timing to create more of a permanent eating/ lifestyle plan....

Now- would we do this with athletes? Nope.

Maybe in the off-season... for those who need to drop....

But it is not for everybody... especially those without body fat and weight issues or concerns...

But.. if you are one of those people who struggle with losing weight and you are still eating somewhat clean... this may be just the catalyst you need!

Window Based Eating....

Each person requires a unique strategy to help them...

That is the Power of Coaching...

We all require different solutions...

Like I alway say... "Everybody needs a Coach in life... it is to hard to go at it on your own"....
