Hey Team-

Do you ever deal with bloating? Maybe consistent bloating? 

I was dealing with it for some time and knew that it was not supposed to be..

Imagine training consistently and everything you eat, carbs, protein, fat... you name it.. BLOAT...

No good... and very discouraging...

Luckily, I did not accept it...

So, after trying to eliminate foods like breads, pastas, yogurt/ dairy, I did not see much of a difference in my symptoms...

The only reaction I was aware of was dairy (cheese) specifically would cause a deeper reaction... 

In today's nutrition game though, most nutritionist and speaking about cutting everything out... wheat, grain, soy, dairy.. advocating the intake of primarily plants...

Once again.. this is elimination....but it is not individualization...

And as I always say... we are individuals.. and thank goodness my best friend is a Doctor.....

Rather than advocating a crazy diet and prescription anti-acids... he recommended Pancreatin which contains protease, amylase, and lipase... basically the foundation enzymes that body produces to break down protein, carbs, and fat...

Look at these enzymes as a BOOSTER to natural digestion...

You see, as we age, endure stress, we can have some slow down in the department of digestion... so adding a natural booster like this to get back on track works...

In addition to using digestive enzymes with meals, adding a 15billion + probiotic before bed is another helpful way to restore the flora/ healthy bacteria in your gut... which will improve not only your digestion, but your immunity and resistance as well...

Adding good bacteria to your gut will help combat bad bacterias that can arise from eating and environment...

I was skeptical on all this at first, until I started feeling the results...

Being able to eat and not feel any negative effects is an amazing feeling...

In addition to the enzymes, increasing dietary protein, as well as weight training to utilize cellular fuel (and to burn down fat cells) has worked really well...

As we age and as we feel changes occurring in our body, adjustments are key...

Listen to YOUR body.. it speaks to you if you can feel and listen... take it seriously..

No matter where you are at in your life... you must listen and make the adjustments...
