Hey Team..

Happy Friday!

I have a question for you?

How do you view your own health & wellness?

Do you look at it as...

  • I did my workout today.... check.
  • I ate well today...  check.
  • I slept well last night..check.
  • I was positive today..check.
  • I was kind to myself today..check.

Or... do you look at it like this....

  • 🆘I didn't get my workout today.... I suck.
  • 🆘I ate too many carbs today.... I suck.
  • 🆘I stayed up too late watching tv, scrolling on the phone.... I suck.
  • 🆘I just can't "figure IT out" whatever IT is.... I suck.
  • 🆘I am so far behind on everything.... I suck.
  • 🆘I am not as good as these other people/ companies.... I suck.

Do you see the difference?

One school of thought is positive, focused, but also forgiving.

The other is negative, shame-filled, and always feeling behind.

To be honest, my worst days are when I am a part of the 🆘-TRIBE.

This is actually a common tribe to be in for high performers because they are so often "behind" in their own mind and time table...

Not moving fast enough...

Not in good enough shape...

NOT...

NOT..

NOT..

The other day I came across a great pyramid that did a great job of simplifying things.. and I wanted to share it with you.

Yes, it is focused on your health and vitality.. and that is where you success and positive Champion Habits start....

If you follow this simple plan, you can take the  🆘 feature out of your life.

By following the pyramid, you will feel rested, revitalized, lean, regulated in terms of mood, and more focused. 

That will turn that 🆘 mentality into one of more ✅.

You got this.

As my good friend Jay Baitler told me yesterday, "Own your health....don’t avoid it!"

In the end, that is all we have. 

Protect your health- both physically and mentally- and in the end, you will be in the best possible position to perform and live like a Champion.
