Hope you guys had a great weekend!
This weekend I spent at a great hotel, called the Carillon Wellness Resort..
One of my A+ clients, mentors, and second father figure, Riley, really gave me and my wife a great experience...
The resort has a schedule from 7am to 7pm... from morning meditations to yoga to spin classes.. not to mention a great gym!
But the highlight was definitely aqua therapy and spa area....
Much like Professional Athletes, this hotel allows you to train during the day physically, then recover bouncing from an herbal sauna to a 120 degree sauna... and then into an IQLOO Ice Shower....
Then back to cycling between 120 degree hot tub and contrasting in the IQLOO Ice Shower...
Amazing benefits....
1. High Energy
2. High Relaxation
3. Incredible Depth of Sleep
Now.. I do not expect you to jump on a plane to Miami to experience this... (but if you are there.. definitely stay there or grab a day pass)...
But I wanted to share this contrasting therapy so you can try at home....
You can do it 2 ways...
Now, I know what you are thinking...
Who would voluntarily put themselves under freezing water?
I agree.
But if you can focus on the benefits... it is truly an amazing burst of energy you will receive...
Now, how cold and long should the cold exposure be?
Simple...
As soon as you take that deep breath from the cold water exposure... switch back to hot!
That deep breath indicates the activation and hormonal release you are waiting for!
Stay under hot for 90 seconds, then repeat 3-5 times..depending on how much time you have!

On the other end... it will be hard to find an herbal sauna...
Since in all my years of traveling... this is the first of its kind that I have seen...
But you can follow my lead and travel with essential oils...like Eucalyptus.. or Lavender...
They can be bought on amazon... and are really good when you are looking to breathe deeply... getting your diaphragm to expand and promote relaxation...
I will fill you in on a little secret...
Flying is not my thing...
So before my flights.. I take a hit of 5-10 deep breathes with Eucalyptus and it mellows me out... no need for Xanax or anything else... expand the diaphragm, breathe deeply, and enjoy the relaxation!
