Hi Team...

Hope you had a great weekend and are excited for this week....

I know that I am...

So excited that at 2am this AM I was tossing and turning as if today was Christmas Morning....

Am I tired right now?

Nope.

Why?

Well, with 73 days left in this year, I am really excited to bring to life some of the final things I have been working on like finishing my book, Habits of a Champion Team, as well as my kids book, Bryant For The Win..

And, on-boarding some amazing new business teams and Companies into The Champions Academy, my new online training Academy.

Also, I am putting the finishing touches on a great webinar I am going to do LIVE this Wednesday, called How To Develop Your Team In A Virtual Environment..

So, I am pumped.

What are you pumped about?

Are you excited about where you are at?

About where your team is at?

If not, why not?

Well, if you are or if you are not, you can use The Champions Performance Pyramid to get you going... 

The Pyramid has 3 Corners...

The bottom two corners are: Nutrition & Fueling, as well as Daily Fitness Training..

The top of the pyramid says: CHAMPIONS MINDSET.

What does this mean to you and how do you use the pyramid?

Well, you do these 3-steps each day for the next 73 days:

Step 1: Exercise Each Day.. physical activity with an elevated heart rate.. it can be 5 minutes or 55 minutes, but it must happen everyday.. it can be bootcamps, walking, hiking, biking, yoga, pilates or anything in between...

Step 2: Nutrition and Fueling.. eat clean each day.. this means simply adding a fruit/ vegetable to each meal.. and making sure you are drinking at least 1/2 bodyweight in water per day...

Step 3: Champions Mindset... this is a two step process... each morning, remind yourself of the great things you have done, and, do your I-AM Statements where you are telling yourself what you are going to do for the day, for the week, for the remainder of the next 73 days...

Here are mine: 

  • "I-AM Going to Workout Today"..
  • "I-AM Going to Eat Healthy Today"..
  • "I-AM Going to On-Board 3-Great Companies into Champions Academy"...
  • "I-AM Going to Release Habits of a Champion Team by December".. 
  • "I-AM Going to Release Bryant for the Win for this years Holiday Season"...

What are your affirmations?

Champions affirm what they are going to do.. then go after it..

That is what I expect from you..
