If you can remember any movie or tv show that has people "working out" or "training" or getting ready for a game..
What do you see?
Usually groups of people lined up, grabbing their ankles, reaching for their toes, and trying to "Get Loose".
The reality is though, your warm-up should be much more aggressive than that.
With all my years training the New York Yankees, our warm-ups were the most aggressive part of the day... 30 minutes long, Running, Skipping, Hopping, Active Stretching, Tissue Rolling and Floor Based Stretching..
Very comprehensive, very intense, and very high amount of calories burned..
And.. a tremendous sweat. The players were loose.
But in addition to getting "loose" and "flexible"- players were able to get their mindset right.
That 30 minutes was a chance to challenge themselves, gather their thoughts, and prep themselves for the day to come..
I personally believe most people dread warming-up and training because they are approaching it the wrong way..
What if you could guarantee that by spending 30 minutes per day getting yourself PREPARED, your results, physically and mentally and in your work/ family life would be better?
Warm-up would have a much different meaning to you..
I encourage you to take 20-30 minutes, at the start of your day to GET YOUR MIND RIGHT.. and YOUR BODY..
Throughout the day, expect more presence, more focus, greater self-esteem, and a feeling of overall PERSONAL SATISFACTION!
Trust me.. it works..
There is a reason all PRO Athletes do it... Now, I want you to join this Elite Club..
