Hope you are enjoying a great Holiday weekend! The weather is finally getting nice which means it is time to get moving!
Once the sun comes out, I know many people love to get moving through running. Whether it be a casual jog or a competitive run/ race, make sure you are prepared to run.
I have seen so many people start running and then go down quickly with a stress fracture or impact related injury.
I do not want that to be you... so if you are going to start running, are currently running or "amping" yourself up to run in the near future.. PREP YOURSELF.
