I will keep this short and sweet... but wanted to share!

So, Monday I was having a great conversation with my friend Riley.. 

We were talking about life, business, and all the things that can really make us CRAZY in life.. 

Now Riley is a great guy.. a guy that has achieved high levels of success.. but has always been focused on doing it HIS WAY...

By "his way".. I mean making time to focus on his family, his personal enjoyments like golf and travel.. and most importantly... creating linear efficiency in his life.. 

The lesson of the day was really simple for me.. 

He said, "Dana, in life, the only reason we have angst and stress is because of UNCERTAINTY.. if we are certain of things, we don't have angst.. so you need to go create CERTAINTY.."

Tremendous advice.. if you understand it..

The key here was when he said... CREATE CERTAINTY.. 

How many of us spend most of our waking hours trying to FIND IT?

You can't find it.. you can only create it..

So if you are feeling a bit jittery, on edge, or feel yourself wandering mentally.. I will give you the advice Riley gave me..


Everything that is on your mind...

COACHES TIP: Grab a sheet of paper, a pen/pencil.. and write it down... and what you will find is that there are a FEW things that are jamming you up.. 

Not as many as your think..

And what is great about this is that you can actually see your road blocks.. 

You can see you are probably making a mountain out of a mole hill.. 

What the exercise teaches you is that when you try to solve all of your issues at the same time.. in your head.. you are DEAD!

Write them down.. execute one at a time.. then cross it off.. 

Freedom is behind it.. 

If you want maximal performance.. it starts with a CLEAR HEAD...
