Hi Team!

I know at times we can have a lot going on in our heads (Guilty)....

And as a result, we can freeze or even feel temporarily stuck...

So, what do we do?

Well, we must take our next most simple action....

A drill I like to do is: A-BOX, B-BOX....

This drill simply means this....

A-Box is where I am right now....

B-Box is where I want to go....

Then there is an arrow in between the boxes with one line under it....

That arrow symbolizes action....

1-action...

The next most simple action....

A --> B

  • In the a-box, write down where you are now...
  • In the b-box, write down where you want to go or what you want to achieve..

Under the arrow, write down the one, immediate action you are going to take right now, like RIGHT NOW to get you closer to the b-box.

Do not spend time thinking, or over-thinking...

Go with what first comes to mind....

Got it?

This is a simple yet very effective drill that eliminates procrastination and gets you going immediately...,
