Hi Team...

In today's environment it is hard to know when to stop working....

It is very easy to be "on"and "available" all day and all night- but it can be dangerous because much of that time is not productive... or actually accomplishing anything....

So, why give your time away?

I have come up with a 2-step formula that lets you know when enough is enough..

Ready?

Each day, you must answer 2-questions to know if you left it all on the field for that day....

If you answer YES- you get to check the box and sign-off for the day....

First question....

✅ Did I do all of my work for the day to completion?

When you answer YES to this question, you can sign out with a quiet mind, not worrying about what you did not do because you did everything that was on the plan for the day....

✅ Did I do my best?

When you answer YES to this question, you know you left it all on the field that day and have zero regrets. You have a true sense of completion.  A true sense of self-fulfillment and gratitude for the day...

If you are somebody that always feels like you have a lot to do... 

Or, you did not get enough done...

It can also be indicative of a root confidence issue, or a gap in self-esteem that shows up daily in your work...

"But Coach, can't I use that feeling of "lack" as a driver for my success?

I feel like it gives me my edge..."

And to that, you may be right...BUT.. eventually it will catch up to you and will make you feel empty, not good enough, not enough even after you have accomplished some incredible things...

So, we still want to use your super-powers and abilities... Yes...

We just want to make sure you are working from a place of passion not pressure...

Working from a  place of extreme desire... not from a place of over-compensation because you are running from something else...

Got it?

Every day, make it your duty to do your work to completion...

And...

Do your best...

That is all you can do...

DO-IT!
