Hi Team...

There is a question that I find myself pondering over and over again:

How do you have the best morning?

Knowing that if you have a great morning, the chances for a great day go way up.

I find that most people are constantly putting themselves second behind their work...

So many today find themselves in the second position far too often...

What does that lead to?

  1. Never having enough time...
  2. Never having time to workout...
  3. Grab and Go eating...
  4. Always feeling pressure to get things done (because they have no time)...
  5. Minimal time to vacation, rest, and recover
  6. Poor relationships...
  7. High distractibility, Lack of Focus...
  8. Decreased productivity...
  9. Always playing catch-up
  10. Frustration, stress, and anxiety...

These are 10-reasons why you must get your morning right....

That starts by putting yourself in position #1....

Yesterday, I had a call with a long time coaching client and CEO, Jim.

He is a hard-charging, type A, high passion, high horsepower leader...

But, he is fried...(and he has been getting amazing results)

Having a hard time focusing....

Struggling to get centered...

Why?

He gave up his morning....

But after some coaching- we got his mind right and his future is bright!

He gave up the habits, routines, and mindsets that keep him centered....

  • A morning walk with positive music....
  • Morning prayer...
  • A stop for coffee on the way to work...

Simple plan, right? That works for him...

What works for you?

And if you know what works, why do you not do it?

Most give up a high powered morning routine for work because they are fear driven...

They so quickly put themselves second because they feel like their work is everything... even more important than themselves....

So, if you are one of these people, hit the brakes right away...

Immediately.

To get yourself whole again, starting this AM, do at least one thing that you need to do that keeps you centered...

It could be a workout, reading, writing, journaling, having an important conversation, going to the beach or lake and just listen to the sounds of nature... 

Whatever YOU need for YOU, do it ASAP.

It is the only way to break out of your negative routine and start the shift towards a positive, serving routine...

Remember, if you are not doing the things you need to do, it is because you stopped putting yourself first place and there is a fear within you that is most likely associated with SCARCITY rather than ABUNDANCE....

Making yourself #1 each morning will start the shift back to living a centered, focused, life filled with vitality and results!
