I am sure you had a great weekend- aren't weekends the best?
A time to get away, relax, be active, see friends and family.. or just flat out do what you want!
Contrary to what many often say- If you are not working, you are falling behind... that could be one of the great lies of our time.
Taking a weekend is the best way to recharge your body and your mind- take them!
With that- today I wanted to ask you a question...
How do you see it?
See what Coach?
When you look at situations, people, opportunities... what do you see first?
You see, we all have a typical initial starting point....
Do you often see obstacles over opportunities?
I bring this up because how you see things determines where you go...
Hear me out.
Just because something may not be your thing- does not mean it has to be greeted with resistance.
You can still see the opportunity in things that are not for you- and pass.
My mention of this today is because we have the opportunity to train our brain for optimism each day.
Ask yourself: Am I more negative than positive?
Or, am I typically more positive than negative?
I do not want you walking around in a positive trance where it can get you in trouble- but, I do want you to exchange that pressure that often comes with a negative, resistance based mindset because they pressure will kill you, kill deals, kill relationships, and kill opportunities- because you may not see them.
I have always had negative thoughts of the personal development space...(even though I really liked it)... so, never really dove in.
Until, I said to myself, "Do It Differently"....
And that is what I have done and as a result, amazing opportunity has and continues to grace my life.
I DO IT DIFFERENT.
And, so can you.
Instead of sticking and staying with the negative, I changed.
And, as a result, so has my life.
The same can happen for you when you start seeing the possibilities again- even in some old cracks, spaces, and even people you have discarded.
So, as we adventure into this week, greet it with POSITIVE POSSIBILITIES.
