A HACK TO BETTER SLEEP.

 

If you are like most, before you finally fall asleep you have to put your racing mind to rest!

 
Those of you out there that play competitive sports and train competitively, sleep is something you often crave and a typical crash landing around bed time is not uncommon after a long day.
 
For the masses though, who are at desk jobs and not training multiple hours a day, all of that pent up energy, tech overload and the aftershocks of a turbulent work day may have you all jacked up.
 
So what do we do?
 
Supplement.
 
I have found the TRIFECTA +1 to work very well.
 
Each night before bed, if I am seeking a deep and revitalizing sleep, I turn my back on Ambien and other sleep aides in exchange for:
 
Valerian Root, Melatonin, Magnesium + Amino Acids.
 
This fierce combination has been known to create a drool puddle to be admired. It definitely works. Best results can be seen when your last meal is about 2-3hrs hours before bed time leaving you with a partially empty stomach.
 
For those that are needing a little more decompression before bed, using a hot bath and/or steam will also work wonders to cut the top layer.
 
With longer work days, less activity, more tech and less "quiet time" most of us are revved up. The only way to heal, recover and#agewell is to get your rest. This is a formal that will get your right.
