Hi Team....

As we approach the end of the year- for many there are varying emotions.

  • Some have hit all their goals and are coasting.
  • Others have hit all their goals and are still trying to tack on.
  • Then, there are others who are pissed because they blew 2021 and it was a year to forget- so they say.

These are usually the 3-main camps people find themselves in....

All of which are excited to turn the page and get going on the next year.

Well, this is what I believe.

I believe that no matter which one of the above situations describes you- DECIDE to be your best today.

DECIDE to take action and build momentum- TODAY.

Let's break down the word DECIDE.

  • a: to make a final choice or judgment about
  • b: to select as a course of action
  • c: to infer on the basis of evidence
  • d: to fix the course or outcome of (something)

You see, when we break down a word by definition, it gives us greater understanding.

SO when we are not having the best day or year- we can DECIDE, or "fix the course or outcome" by taking the next most appropriate action.

Watch my video on Your Next Most Simple Action. Click here.

Or, if you are sitting stagnant on something playing mental ping pong with yourself on "what you should do"- you can DECIDE, or make a final choice or judgment on that something and get yourself going.

Have you ever contemplated doing something and it is just wearing you down and driving you nuts?

Once you make the decision- either way- what happens?

You feel more free.

So what if constantly making decisions and taking an appropriate action is actually your gateway and pathway to freedom?

What if?

What if all you had to do was decide?

Decide in the moment- to take action.

Decide in the next moment- to take action.

And so on.

***This way of patterning the mind does not allow you to contemplate things too long- it gets you to trust your initial and gut instinct.

Then- GO!

This is really what life is, what success is, what growth is, what advancement is...

Simple a series of decisions followed by an action....

Repeated over and over and over again.

So if you are looking to make moves- and get yourself to your next place no matter where you are today, simply DECIDE.

Then, ACT.

Do this over and over and over again.

You will have the chance to do this many times during the day.

Do not stall.

Do not over-think.

Then, ACT.

Those are you marching orders from Coach today....

Now- go out and get it!!

Play to win today.

Your Coach,
